"During the course of my life starting in my twenties I have experienced low back pain and have always found relief through chiropractic adjustments.  I believe my back problems originated with an accident in which a horse fell on me and an incident where I was brushed off the running board of a car by a tree.  These occurrences happened during my boyhood between the ages of 9-12 years of age and began a bone degeneration in my lower back.  I did not experience low back pain until I was 25 years of age. 

In October of 1996 I was lifting something incorrectly and experienced low back pain again.  I found tremendous relief from Genesis Chiropractic.  When I first began treatment in October I felt very distressed and had tried two other sources of treatment without relief.  Dr. Mark explained what was going on in my back and what it would take to get relief.  I have followed his advise and followed his treatment as prescribed and today I can say I am 99% better.  What a tremendous relief from being constantly in pain."
